"This company went beyond the call of duty to help us. Our furnace was out and it was below freezing weather. Tony arrived shortly after our call and checked out the whole system. It ended up being an electrical problem that we were able to rectify later that afternoon with an electrician. Tri Star Heating did not even charge us for this service call because it was electrical, but we know that they had every right to at least charge for the visit! While Tony was here, he also gave us information on the best way to update our system and take care of our future needs. It's not often you find such a community service company with a "caring" attitude! Thanks again!!!"
